Glenmount Global Solutions Completes First of Six Installation to Increase Plant Throughput for a World-Class Rail Mill Manufacturing Facility

Glenmount Global Solutions (GGS) has recently completed the first of six installations for a world-class rail mill manufacturing facility. As a part of a furnace upgrade to increase plant throughput, GGS has been awarded the hot mill drive controls upgrade based upon our technical solution which exceeded the manufacturer’s requirements. Integrating new digital DC drives, servo controllers, software sequence optimizations and process expertise was key to our team’s design. The remaining installations are scheduled for completion throughout the third quarter of 2012.
